August 7 - 10, 2008
The Prince George ProLife Society will once again be manning a table at the PGX. You are invited to come out to the exhibition and to stop by the table to take a look at the display. You can pick up pro-life materials, including fetal models, Precious Feet pins, balloons and pamphlets.
We will be needing quite a number of volunteers to help us man the table during these four days. The shifts run from 10 am to 2 pm, 2 pm to 6 pm, and 6 pm to 9 pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and just the two earlier shifts on Sunday. Two people are needed for each shift. If you are able to help out, please phone Laura at 250-563-3874. Thank you for your generosity.

On May 14, approximately fifty pro-life supporters lined 15th Avenue to prayerfully remember the Day of Infamy. It was on that day, in 1969, that Parliament amended Section 251 of the Criminal Code, and allowed women access to abortion under certain conditions. Up until that day, the Criminal Code of Canada had been steadfast in its protection of the lives of the unborn. This was the first step towards opening the door to what we have today - abortion on demand.
